-Provide advanced accounting support and analytical insight into $300M annual spend in information technology department. -Work with various individuals to ensure all IT related costs are accurately booked to the general ledger prior to month-end close.-Review and process any necessary month-end accrual submissions from the field for all costs incurred by the IT department. -Conduct an initial review and process any reclass entries for all cost incurred by the IT department. -Review and process any necessary prepaid and amortization entries incurred by the IT and marketing departments. -Develop and provide monthly reports to senior management concerning areas such as balance sheet account fluctuation analysis, accrual accuracy, etc. -Provide support to senior management on an as needed basis for monitoring and analyzing IT expense trends.

-Resolve all financial related issues for 500+ sales distributors. Conduct weekly billing procedures and adjustments to distributors' statements of income. -Prepare weekly distributor aging reports for outstanding accounts receivables. Post weekly distributor payments and prepare weekly and yearly payment summary reports. -Complete accounting transactions to record route sales and acquisitions for independent and company owned routes. -Prepare period end balance sheet reconciliations for all distributor related balance sheet accounts.

-Prepare labor metric analyses and operation efficiencies reports for each day of production. Analyze daily manufacturing labor variances and production efficiencies. Provide recommendations for areas of improvement. -Track total number of cases produced by each product line and total manufacturing overhead and compare with current years budget. -Enforce weekly physical inventory counts for raw ingredients, packaging and semi-finished products. Evaluate all variances and conduct recounts for material variances. -Participate in period end closing procedures including temp agency and freight accruals, balance sheet reconciliations and administer period end physical inventory counts of all materials.-Complete daily cash forecasting ensuring a minimum of 2.2M cash is available in primary bank account. If funding is required, I will communicate with controller to request capital from parent company.
