I have extensive knowledge of the banking and financial industries in New Zealand and the supporting financial systems, including recent compliance obligations like AML, CCCFA and FATCA/AEOI and I have certified as a Six Sigma black belt.Over the past decade or so my career has led into the technical domain and specifically complex technical environments comprising multiple integrated systems and applications. I can function easily as a Delivery Manager, a Technical BA, or a Business Process Improvement Analyst. I really enjoy understanding the business processes that the technological changes will support and then working with the technical teams to ensure the solution really works well to generate the outcomes needed for the business to be successful.Whilst I'm perfectly happy working individually to deliver great outcomes, I really love when I am able to leverage my experience across a team that I lead, building up their capability and delivering bigger outcomes as a result.
