Principal architect on a small development team in a start-up environment tasked with designing a SaaS for real-time fraud processing of health care claims. • Primary responsibilities included integration with a FICO based fraud processing engine, user portal using the VAADIN open source framework, and a fraud orchestration engine deployed on a Tomcat based web application container. • Generated a DDL for all components and integrated within a AWS backed MySQL database. • Responsible for implementing a variety of tools to interact with AWS to allow construction and deployment of environments from a web based operations application. • Designed an AWS AMI instance generator to be used during Jenkins build deployments for deploying applications to a variety of environments.

Principal architect and developer for a GeoSpatial ABI (Activity Based Intelligence) system designed to analyze large data sets for use in determining terrorist based activities.• Created the ingest scheme of taking 48TB of image data and cataloging the contents based of metadata inside each image frame.• Designed and implemented real time 3.3Hz video generation and streaming to an HTML5 based display using embedded images tranposed over map layers (OpenLayers).• Created mosaic on demand capabilities for any bounding-box size from the HTML5 based map layer represented by the ingested dataset.Technologies used: Spring, Spring-Integration(EIP), Hibernate, Oracle

Involved in various DARPA based research prototypes.• Designed and implemented various servlet based components for WebPlanner, the first computer-aided, network-distributed mission planning system adopted by CINCPAC. Eventually placed into the DIICOE environment as part of standard Navy ship-based installations.• Developer on the CyberPanel project, a prototype cyber-security system used to integrate with mission planning systems. Implemented the Swing based interface and integration with COTS based tools.• Researcher on the DAML project which eventually became the standard OWL.
