As a final year engineering student I am passionate about a variety of engineering principles such as sustainable aircraft solutions and creating optimum designs based on constraints. I work well with setting up and running simulations, where high level analysis is used to extract the important data .I am competent in using a variety of engineering software such as ABAQUS , fluid dynamics software and Fusion 360, with experience in generative design. I am looking forward to applying these skills to many areas within a working environment where I’ll have to combine them and communicate them efficiently with my colleagues. I have worked on optimising liquid hydrogen fuel tank design in aircraft so I’m keen to research further into how sustainable fuels are being implemented into all the parts of an aircraft. My range of knowledge in control dynamics, fluid dynamics , solid mechanics and other areas means I would be excited about investigating applications of sustainable fuels in any form of transport, including automotive.Outside of my work I’m a passionate mountain biker and snowboarder. I’ve involved my passion for engineering in my hobbies by building a bike from scratch which put my skills to the test.
