During Covid-19, I took the initiative to become a key worker and use my skills to help prepare orders to be delivered to the most vulnerable.

Whilst with this company, my role was to contact prospective customers and obtain sales leads. This required good communication skills and the ability to work with a small team. Unfortunately, due to Covid-19, I was no longer able to continue with this work.

Whilst at Iceland, my main responsibilities included operating the till, accurately handling cash and card payments and communicating with customers.

Worked as a paperboy every morning.

During my work experience, I learnt how to care for and manage animals and interact with visitors to ensure they had a positive and memorable experience.
