A large part of the role is engagement with local employers and elected dignitaries as employer Liaison Officer.

Since joining NATO Joint Force Command Naples I have successfully delivered in 3 roles. 1. Effects - key team member. Completed 2 major exercises in 9 months demonstrating agility and ability to learn the role quickly and establish credibility with the HQ senior leadership. 2. Electronic Warfare Subject Matter Expert - although there are and were others more qualified I was tasked to lead the reinvigoration of the section. Again 9 months in the role and completed a Key NATO Exercise utilising all NATOs non lethal capability. 3. NATO Mission Iraq - Commander JFCNP is the Out of Theatre Commander for NATOs mission in Iraq. My current role is part of a small team, selected, to focus on Iraq and support COM NMI.
