Account ManagerGeniwatt Jan 2021 - PresentFranceMy current position is as Account Manager for GeniWatt, where I am the main point of contact between Geniwatt and the other European FG Wilson Dealers.GeniWatt operates the European Inventory Hub for FG Wilson, with more than 400 gensets in stock. So my role is to act as a focal point for any requests for gensets from the GeniWatt European Inventory Hub for all FG Wilson Dealers.I regularly prepare and send Geniwatt stock lists to each FGW Dealer. But I also proactively call the dealers to find out if they have any business opportunities where Geniwatt could assist them. I also ask for input from the other dealers into what models, quantities and specifications that GeniWatt should have in stock. Our aim in GeniWatt is to develop long lasting, trusting relationships with our clients. So my aim is to travel often to meet our fellow Dealers face to face. I feel this is the best way to understand the other dealers’ needs and preferences, and build understanding and cooperation between our companies.
