Reporting directly to the CEO, I hold the following responsibilites:- Member of the SBD international executive team - Overseeing the relationships with international distributors- Managing key stakeholder relationships- Developing a premium brand experience for SBDs wholesale customers- Establishing new wholesale relationships- Reviewing business proposals for new relationships - Responsible for the formal vetting and onboarding process- Supporting the launch of new international distributors- Hold overall responsibility for Customer Service & Wholesale Support functions- Hold overall responsibility for the warehouse department including goods-in & goods-out - Supporting and guiding on establishing a premium experience of the brand- Advising on the creation and development of new international subsidiaries - Developing briefs for support and resources for wholesale customers- Supporting commercial relationships with other key stakeholders

I play a pivotal role in providing invaluable service and financial support to prospective and established Mid-Market customers within the SME market based within South Yorkshire. I look after a select portfolio of clients with turnover ranging from £10m - £100m or >£1m debt facilities whilst tailoring the NatWest Commercial Banking service to meet their demands.Areas of specialism include;- Corporate finance (M&A Transactions)- Working capital funding- Asset finance- Owner occupied property funding - International trade - Transactional Banking- Business Strategy Planning- Access to a large network of business and professional contactsClient references readily available upon request.Examples of transactions undertaken are below;
