I have more than seven years of experience in the media services industry, working with global broadcasters, OTT platforms, and content providers. I have developed strong skills in customer success, attention to detail, and communication, as well as a passion for media and entertainment. I have also contributed to the success of previous projects and teams at Discovery Inc and Encompass Digital Media, where I handled multi-client coordination, media operations, and technical support.
