As a WW Director of Global Quality, Bill is responsible to ensure consistent global quality goals and priorities are developed and accomplished. He drives continuous improvement and alignment with business partners (GSC, R&D, etc.) and ensures support for supplier quality improvement programs. Bill provides guidance to the oral care Global Technology Centers and provides resources to drive compliance. He also defines clear career paths for Quality people in the global regions and builds strong leadership within his teams. Recognized as one of the company’s cGMP expertise, Bill prepares plants and technology centers for FDA and other regulatory body inspections.Bill also develops short-and long-term strategies to ensure quality of products, efficient resource utilization, and continuous improvement in anticipation of customer and consumer needs. In his role as a quality professional, Bill has also helped to design seven microbiology labs, renovated three analytical labs to improve the ergonomics, lab data management and the operating environment. He also drives compliance with internal and global Quality Systems and Standards to satisfy regulatory body requirements in the global regions.
