In this executive role I work directly with both management and center physicians, and support the operations and compliance teams to develop and maintain a secure technology environment that ensures efficiency and high quality patient care. Since 2009, providing vessel operators with consulting and audit services using OCIMF TMSA and multiple cyber security frameworks for cyber consulting and audit services. Established the ICT strategy for HudsonAnalytix that has supported business growth by introducing enabling technologies such as cloud VoIP, mail, applications, and workflow automation. Development and infrastructure operations support all divisions, enabling them to provide clients diverse, but inter-related services that enable ship owners/operators and insurers to reduce risk in today’s complex and environmentally sensitive world.The ICT service group, maintains a balance between cost control, and service effectiveness. Since 2012, the strategy has provided 99.999% up-time for staff and customers in Europe, Asia, and the Americas.HudsonSystems supports regulatory driven software products, including HudsonTrident Automated Voyage Risk Assessment (AVRA), Hudson Marine Management Services Electronic Notice of Arrival for US Coast Guard regulatory requirements, the HudsonSystems TMSALogix risk and operations management suite which automates all office and vessel operational tasks based on best practices as defined in the OCIMF Tanker Management and Self-Assessment guidelines, and subject matter expertise for the HACyberLogix port and vessel operator cyber assessment solution and consulting.In 2010, HudsonSystems introduced a long-term plan for OCIMF TMSA audit and consulting services, and a methodology adopted by oil majors and vessel operators. These solutions assist vessel owner/operators through the organizational changes and SMS updates needed to meet audit objectives, and to assist oil majors during the office audits, vessel inspections, and data analysis processes leading to charter agreements based on the OCIMF TMSA, OVMSA, and STS best practices; this includes consulting, data analysis, and bench marking based on established OCIMF KPIs.

Worked with functional users and ITO developers to convert requirements into an architecture and design that will become the roadmap for the solution being created. The majority of my time was focused on implementing and enhancing enterprise applications, such as PeopleSoft, while maintaining a balance between innovation and the use of proven solutions delivery frameworks.
