During my internship with Fischer, I gained invaluable experience in business development, technology implementation, market research, and tenant representation. In addition to providing daily summaries of economic trends impacting commercial real estate, my responsibilities included producing client deliverables such as lease abstracts, market research reports, financial models, and tour booklets. I had the opportunity to assist with a wide range of tasks pertaining to the merger of two publicly-traded financial institutions and their respective real estate portfolios, and my flagship project was the organization of a market tour of properties in downtown Nashville, which required substantial logistical planning, property research, and the construction of a comprehensive tour booklet.
