CurrentI have extensive knowledge and skills in Metal Bond & Composite Manufacturing, Fabrication, Sub & Major Assembly, Factory Management, Project Management, Facilities and Customer/Supplier Relationships. I have been the leader of many diverse teams both domestically and internationally while working with support organizations throughout the global market. I have developed and implemented various new technology initiatives at suppliers, as well as job related training processes. These and other Lean+ activities have enabled me to improve quality, implement cost reduction and avoidance while supporting Airplane Programs to achieve their goals.
