Similar work conducted for an insurance client saw the strategy centered on a two-tiered leadership development program. A manufacturing client was provided competency-based role descriptions, career development paths, and a Professional Development Plan (PDP) model. A healthcare curriculum was launched including the online platform implementation and content development. Support was provided for workforce development initiatives using a Hiring for Competency model that focused on a career pathing model to impact retention and productivity.
