I bring the ability to translate org-speak to different groups such as Human Resources, Information Technology, Operations, Internal Audit, and Training bringing them together to understand the common goal (get people to be efficient and effective to make a profit) and create a path they can work towards together to accomplish the goal.Recent work centered on a technology client's operational teams resulting in a Findings report evolved into a SOAP, Strategy on a Page, focused on developing, and retaining their workforce, this earned a Brandon Hall Gold Award. Similar work conducted for an insurance client saw the strategy centered on a two-tiered leadership development program. A manufacturing client was provided competency-based role descriptions, career development paths, and a Professional Development Plan (PDP) model. A healthcare curriculum was launched including the online platform implementation and content development. Support was provided for workforce development initiatives using a Hiring for Competency model that focused on a career pathing model to impact retention and productivity.
