• Collaborated with actuarial and underwriting for successful product margins in both retail/individual plans and Medicare plans.
• Led effort to build Medicare Supplement production with key partners in Texas.
• Developed key relationships with large-volume producers who focused on online activity/production.
• Marketed first phase of MAPD plans (Medicare Part C) in Texas through producers from 2006 to 2009.
• Oversaw growth of BCBSTX Medicare Supplement market share statewide from 11% to 14% (2006-2008).
