The world of technology is ever evolving and I'm evolving with it. I have grown up in the generation that has known nothing but change and advancement and I have come out all the better for it. I have a love for working with people and being a part of a team that works together for the betterment of the company. Bringing people together with technology to form an even more efficient team and environment is a passion of mine, and something that I wish to pursue going forward.I have previous work experience working in the frontlines of a Fortune 500 company, Progressive, and have a very strong grasp of the working world around me because of that. I understand what goes through people's minds as management makes changes, and what changes those frontline workers are looking for to make things more efficient and suitable to the work environment. I have an intense passion to work for those frontline employees and help them succeed by leading them in the right direction and listening to what they want to see.
