I am an Operation Supervisor with Pike Engineering, overseeing a team of 23 Engineering Technologists tasked with designing plans for municipalities and developers. During my time in this role I have been tasked with training members of my team, finding way to improve processes and streamline projects, working with all cities and towns in and surrounding the Raleigh Triangle region, and working with NCDOT to make sure all projects are up to standard resulting in over $30M in development.As a Navy Corpsman at the US Navy, I supervised the pre-deployment medical readiness of 150 Marines and Sailors, coordinated the operational safety planning for 6 training field operations and 1 deployment, and led, mentored, and trained 20 other Corpsmen in clinical and field settings. I developed, created, and implemented streamlined processes, resulting in 96% mission readiness for unit deployment and operational function. I also collaborated with Navy and Marine Corps senior leadership, DoD civilian employees, Navy physicians and nurses, and athletic trainers to ensure proper medical care and assessment of injuries and diseases for active-duty service members and their dependents.I hold a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Eastern Connecticut State University, where I gained skills in financial analysis, budgeting, and marketing. I also have experience as a Financial Representative at Northwestern Mutual, where I managed a financial practice and recruited 100+ potential clients to provide guidance and assistance with life insurance plans, retirement planning and saving, and investing opportunities. I strategically planned and developed personalized financial plans by analyzing the lifestyle and financial situations of clients across multiple demographics.
