• Hands-on technical manager for the design and development of the Air Force Milstar Communications Planning Tools, successfully deployed and used by Air Force Space Command to allocate and manage the Milstar system.• Technical manager of nine major PC based software projects for allocating and managing the communications assets of the Milstar (LDR and MDR), FleetSat, and UFO/E military satellite communications systems. Responsibilities included proposal preparation, budgeting, analysis, design, implementation, documentation, customer relations, and the supervision of 20 geographically dispersed personnel. All work was successfully delivered on-time and within budget.• Co-authored the successful $20+ million dollar proposal to support these efforts.
