• Provide engineering consulting and project management for Weston’s $30M federal Army RMMR task order as the primary service manager and sole dedicated engineer in a highly regulated industry• Responsible for 300+ projects, with up to $800k+ gross revenue each, working with mission-critical military aircraft fueling distribution systems in a fast-paced environment• Create and maintain databases for site-specific assets, with internally generated QR codes, equipment specifications, and maintenance histories• Partner with management and senior engineers to initiate and provide continuous support for Weston’s new Electric Vehicle Charging Infrastructure division• Develop engineering recommendations, safety plans, and comprehensive project reports for government submittal• Liaison between subcontractors, procurement teams, OEMs, suppliers, federal personnel, field technicians, and upper-level management from project initiation to completion and final submittal• Verify technical and federal specifications to ensure installations and equipment comply with all federal and manufacturer guidelines• Increased productivity by approximately 30% by automating portions of the project preparation process and creating standard templates for common project-types• Collect and analyze site data to develop detailed Scope-of-Work (SOW) documentation and create RFQ’s for subcontractor solicitation and bidding• Created a standardized training program for Jr. Engineers and personally mentored three new-hires regarding technical acumen, project management strategies, and contract-specific protocol• Generate cost breakdowns and analyze financial information to optimize profit margins• Simultaneously lead 40-60 active projects on average, and over 100 during peak season
