The finding resulted in $280,000 of product that was originally scheduled to be destroyed was released and shipped to the customer on time. The investigation results are also saving the company profits as other products that received failing results from the misinterpretation are still being found. • Completed two investigations in time for a new product to be released before it was scheduled which allowed the company to file FDA documents to produce the product as the number two producer and not the scheduled number six producer.
