• Telcel optimizacion Apr 2015 – (Jul 2016) :The goal of the project is keep the KPIS within the goals request by the client to the Region 1, 2, Region 3 Region 4, Region 6 and Region 9, right now my activities is solved the Availability problem for the Ericsson team. In this regions.My Activities within this project was: Analyses and proposed of radios to unlink, Region 2,3,4,and 9.(Optimization) Troubleshooting of 2G sites solving problems of availability and fallen radios Region 2,3,4,and 9. (O&M) Analysis of corporative account for region 9 and foreign. Generation of reports of 2G,3G & 4G. including recommendations for changes to improve service within the account in 2G and 3G. analysis of KPIS 4G (RSCP,RSRQ,SINR & Throughput.

• Retuning & Refarming GSM BTC-Bahamas Jan 2015 – Mar 2015 :The goal of the project is to deliver a new frequency plan for 850 band (Retuning) for the complete network as well as remove 30% of the available spectrum on 1900 band (refarming) in the Island New Providence,the rest of the band 1900 will perform retuning in the remaining islands, both activities for Bahamas Islands (2 BSCs) with Ericsson sites.

 Neighbor Design WCDMA Millicom-Bolivia Oct 2014 – Dec 2014 :The objective of this project is to design the initial plan neighbors to the 3G network with their respective priorities considering the distance criteria, is this I doing a swap across the network of Huawei equipment to Ericsson , divided into 40 clusters, also realizing new integrations of second and third carrier for some sites requested by the client .Activities are designing INTRA neighbors, INTER, IRAT (GSM ) and LTE. generating external neighbors this are Huawei sites that have not yet been swapped.

 Retuning and Refarming Venezuela-Telefónica Jan 2014 – Sep 2014 :The goal of the project is to deliver a new frequency plan for 1900 band (retuning) as well as remove 32% of the available spectrum on 850 band (refarming), both activities for Andes markets (5 BSCs) with sites Huawei and Nokia.During the project different traffic scenarios were compared to show the possible growth of the network. The deliverables of the project were network audit, a new frequency plan with optimized BCCH, TCH, MAIO, HSN and MAL as well as a Multiplan comparison with different scenarios of capacity. After the implementation I was assigned track the global KPIs and Worst offenders and Most Degraded sectors to propose changes and apply them in order to continue with fine tuning activities after the new frequency plan implementation, to the markets of regions Centro,Oriente and Occidente.Retuning the Caracas-Periphery RegionThe goal of the project is to deliver a new frequency plan of the available spectrum on 850 band (refarming), in the Market Valles del Tuy in to the Huawei network, BSCCOL06.
