Successfully evaluate employer adherence to tax provisions of New Jersey Unemployment Compensation Laws.• Assumed the responsibility of a supervising auditor, reviewing, and supervising a team of four auditors in the Vineland region.• Analyze, review and assess employers’ books and records. Successfully evaluate employer adherence to tax provisions of New Jersey Unemployment Compensation Laws. • Lead monthly training sessions with a team of four auditors in proper auditing procedures outlined in N.J.S.A. 43:21-1 et seq.• Review completed assignments for format, sufficiency of investigation, adequate explanations of items changed, or adjustments proposed.• Assigned work to my team based on their current inventory, location to the work, and skillset.• Conducted six-month interim Electronic Performance Assessment Reviews (ePar) of four auditors.• Ongoing review of assignments through a special project assigned by the Chief Auditor.• Organize weekly team meetings with six employees to implement teamwork strategies in compiling large amounts of data for a specialized audit.• Assumed responsibility as the sole contact person for Tax Performance System (TPS) for the division of Employer Accounts. In direct communication with the United States Department of Labor (USDOL).• Supervise the TPS staff in the collection of the quarterly data, and audit sampling for all 13 tax areas of the Division.
