William joined DMH Stallard’s Real Estate Group in 2014 as a Partner.He has broad range of expertise in the field of Real Estate spanning commercial and residential development, secured lending for financial institutions, commercial work for landlords/tenants, advising rural landowners, and property matters in relation to insolvency law.Prior to working for DMH Stallard, William spent 21 years with his last practice where he dealt with a range of matters including acting for a number of London councils on large scale projects such as a multimillion pound town centre scheme redevelopment and a residential area regeneration project, acting for a commercial lending institution on a number of £25 million plus advances secured against investment portfolios, and working for a consortium of house builders in the assembly of what was at the time one of the largest housing developments in the south east of England.Previous clients have included commercial high street lenders, local authorities, a national restaurant outlet, rural landowners, and commercial tenants and landlords.
