Qualified as patternmaker and promoted to Quality Control Department to inspect the final product of which the process started from pattern from Patternshop,pattern formed the mould in Foundry and the mould formed the casting which will then be send to Fettling for the removal of unwanted material (pouring methods, runners and risers) and some castings are inspected through visual and gauges for quality approval and got despatched,and some go to Machine shop for machining and got inspected using engineering measuring equipments that I do calibrate for confidentiality in them and the use of gauges that I made or ordered from gauge makers and I also control and mintain their condition of work by calibrating them.

Inspection of machined castings with the use of Engineering measuring equipments and the use of gauges that I made or made from suppliers out ot of wood,metal,resins,alluminium for quick checks on mass production.Calibration of linear gauges and linear measuring equipments and produce calibration certificates.Keeping records and sending out Master Measuring Equipments to acredited suppliers for calibration and ordering new equipments when neccessary.Visual inspection for defects and enough material or no material before machining and as well as detecting scrap and advicing on adjustments for improvement quality.
