As a trainer/analyst I was involved in: (a) Doing need analysis for clients expressing interest in our training. (b) Preparing the content and deliver the training to the participants, whether individuals or corporates. (c) Develop and implement a Pricing Model, Volume Forecasting Model, Manufacturing System with inbuilt controls and friendly user interfaces, for top companies. (d) Automation using macros (Excel VBA), a Price-Variance Analysis model for one of our clients.

Prepare data collection tools, enter data into the management system, train field officers on data quality issues and prepare monthly reports.

Design data entry templates in QPMSR, SPSS, supervise data entry team, data cleaning, data analysis and reporting.
