My job was to bring 10 concrete elevators along the California/Oregon border up to OSHA code, after having been neglected for many years under previous ownership. I was also tasked with developing a robust housekeeping , safely and maintenance program that can be executed safely and effectively. I did this through consistent training and hands on application. I organized the crews to meet the logistics and marketing needs for the week/month/year with an emphasis on empowering employees by assigning responsibilities and accountability. I managed on average approx. 20 outside operations employees working closely with HR to maintain a positive and quality work experience for both management and staff.

I led a team that focuses on Grain Origination, and Feed Grain sales in, and around the West Idaho area. Our number one priority is earning customer satisfaction and trust. We accomplish this by always striving develop lasting, and mutually beneficial relationships with all of our customers.

My job is to oversee daily operations, and grain marketing in the Treasure Valley area of Idaho with an emphasis on employee safety and customer satisfaction.
