I was a general manager of a RV and Boat dealership in southern Texas. My responsibilities included all day to day operations, dealership paperwork, sales management, parts and service management. While in this position I developed a service department as well as a parts department and staffed them.

Parts department manager for a boat dealership carrying BRP and Yamaha products. In charge of internet order processing and all daily parts ordering.

Service advisor in charge of outboard powered boats. Developed customer relationships and sales and management of service work.

Provide a consulting service to yacht manufacturers and dealers assisting in warranty administration and general service and repair work.

Materials Management; Bausch American Towers. In charge of all purchasing, receiving and inventory control for Bausch American Towers. Extensive use of Dockmaster programming.

Service Manager/Project Manager for large yacht and sport fishing boats service and refit projects.I managed projects ranging from complete refits of large custom motoryachts lasting in escess of 1 years duration and over $1,500,000.00 to general service requirements of motoryachts and sport fishing boats. I supervised a workforce of over 35 employees working on various projects. Direct supervision of over 65 boats in the yard for winter storage and servicing. In charge of customer billing and quality assurance of work carried out by Hinckley staff. Also on-site safety manager, in charge of all workers compensation reports, EPA, OSHA, company, federal and state regulations and compliances. In June 2005, I was transferred; As a Jet Product Service Manager. I was moved into the position of Service Manager for all large motor yachts and sport fishing boats. I managed some projects that exceeded $1,500,000.00 and numerous other projects that generate between $60,000 and $150,000. Project boats have ranged to 110" for complete refits. Preparing and submitting budgetary and time line estimates were also a requirement in this position.

I was in charge of a full service yacht repair yard. This position included all management of employees, payroll, EPA, OSHA and insurance compliances. All scheduling of incoming work and direct contact with all customers. DockMaster programming was used extensively and I am advanced DockMaster certified. In a cost saving effort my position was consolidated with the sales manager who became my replacement.

and Production Manager for the Equator series of Yacht tenders. In charge of entire build up process from bare hull and deck to a finished product. Familiar with outboard, stern drive and jet installations. Also acted as service manager for the company's customers on a worldwide basis for all series of boats manufactured. Computer programs used at this position included Corel, Excel, MS Office, Tool Crib and Internet correspondence. I was laid off and then brought back and then laid off a second time. The total amount of employees laid off was nearly 80 people.

This position required direct supervision of all day-to-day operations for a small industrial company. Processes in house included iron and stainless welding, painting, electropolishing, metalworking, machine shop operations and shipping. Computer software used included DOS based Lotus, ACT, and many Windows packaged office programs. AutoCad Light, AutoCad 2000 and MAS90 software. As an Operations Manager I was also in charge of all OSHA, EPA and insurance compliances and certifications.

Parts department manager for a large volume marine dealer. In charge of reducing old and non-current inventory and also inventory control. An IDS based inventory and POS system was used. Online applications from Mercury and Mercruiser were used.

Owned and operated a marine refinishing business working on boats and yachts ranging from 25 feet to over 80 feet. This included refinishing varnished surfaces both spray and brush applications and also application of linear urethanes and epoxy based coatings

For Rybovich Spencer Yacht Sales I acted as a listing and selling broker covering all of Florida and Georgia. I specialized in sport fishing boats and motor yachts. I became a specialist in non-similar trades. I traded items other than boats for customer boats. These deals required extensive research and product knowledge to make the potential trade item of interest to my customer base. These trades included ongoing businesses for large motor yachts and land expanse trades for large motor yacht trades. For Palm Beach Yachts I acted as a yacht broker in South Florida specializing in sport fishing boats and motor yachts. I became exposed to the large motor yacht market while working at this company and started to actively market and manage boats over 80 feet and extending to over 120ft. I left this dealership after having received an offer with a much better and well known brokerage that offered much better advertising and exposure for my customer boats. For East West Yacht Sales I acted as a yacht broker in Florida specializing in sport fishing boats and motor yachts. Participated in boat shows throughout Florida as an exhibitor. I developed and extended my previous customer base by obtaining listings, making contacts with local marina employees and canvassing local boat owners. I developed advertising for my listings that was distributed through out the east coast of the United States. For Bill Whitely Yacht Sales I acted as a yacht broker selling new Ocean Yachts, Egg Harbor Yachts and Islander Sailboats. During this period I also developed a successful brokerage division selling and listing boats through out the east coast of Florida. I also developed a rapport with the OEM's working with the warranty items on each boat we maintained in inventory. I participated in boat shows through out South Florida by exhibiting the dealerships stock inventory.

Owned and operated a yacht design company specializing in custom sportfishing boats. The use of AutoCad, and AutoYacht as well as hand drafting methods were the cornerstone of the design style. During this period I have also held positions as a yacht broker in the South Florida area. I specialized in sport fishing boats and motor yachts. I closed my business to devote my efforts solely on the refinishing business.
