I am a leader of our dynamic and growing debt finance practice in Sydney which I have been with since its inception. I advise on a range of transactions involving real estate finance, structured finance, fund finance and corporate finance. I work with leading investment and commercial banks, managers of emerging and established private capital funds and major corporates across Australia and the Asia-Pacific region, delivering innovative and integrated solutions for their financing needs.I have a leading-edge practice in real estate finance, and help global fund investors and lenders access the Australian market and execute large portfolio deals and back-leverage transactions. I have a strong track record of acting for mixed strategy private capital clients.In structured finance, I have extensive experience advising on complex products such as loan-on-loan financing, back-leverage and holdco financings. I am a recognised leader in asset-backed lending, advising on structured receivables finance and supply chain finance transactions, high value asset finance and leasing, and margin and share-backed loans.I lead our Australian fund finance practice, structuring upstream and downstream facilities including subscription line facilities, GP/LP facilities, and NAV and hybrid facilities for fund clients using A&O Shearman’s global capabilities and insights.
