• Complete depot level repairs and modifications of U.S. Navy Boeing F/A-18A-F aircraft • Remove and install fuel/hydraulic/pneumatic systems, flight controls, wing structures, stabilizers, engines, tubing, air conditioning systems, bleed air systems, cockpit furnishing, instruments and panels and other components related to final assembly• Perform servicing of aircraft engines, tires, fuel, oil, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems• Assist cross-functional team members to accomplish, Programmed Maintenance Intervals, In-Service Repairs, and High Flying Hour life extension programs

• Supervise aircraft maintenance staff/ aircraft production, staff compliment greater than 30• Complete depot level repairs and modifications of U.S. Navy Boeing F/A-18A-F aircraft• Remove and install fuel/hydraulic/pneumatic systems, flight controls, wing structures, stabilizers, engines, tubing, air conditioning systems, bleed air systems, cockpit furnishing, instruments and panels and other components related to final assembly• Perform servicing of aircraft engines, tires, fuel, oil, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems• Assist technicians in completion of In-Service Repairs, Programmed Maintenance Intervals, Center Fuselage Replacement, and High Flying Hour life-extension programs• Build/ maintain employee training records and conduct monthly safety/technical training• Work with cross-functional teams, develop modifications/procedures; improve efficiency• Identify discrepancies during disassembly; annotate with proper disposition paperwork• Follow technical manuals, engineering specifications, and manufacturer’s publications• Account for employee attendance and accumulated paid time off via NDMS-TAA • Develop/ execute lean manufacturing and 5S continuous process improvement projects• Manage production workflow via SAP Business Object Explorer (BOE) and Concerto• Enforce quality of work and safety standards in multiple cross-functional work cells
