I currently work as a Part-Time Chef at the Poplar Farm, I balance this job with my university studies as I have returned to top-up my diploma into a degree.

I worked as a Software Developer at MOR Solutions, developing and enhancing administrative software for the leisure industry in a full-stack environment. My responsibilities include developing and maintaining customer facing web pages, our SQL database, and domain software. My achievements include creating a SEND and Medical encryption system, replacing our financial system with an account based system, creating a system whereby we can de- and re-activate elements of the product to create bespoke packages, creating a lesson management system, and creating a messaging system whereby our clients can easily communicate with their clients.

During and after university, I had ambitions to start my own business and become an independent games developer. After leaving Solent, I took time to hone my skills and research cutting-edge production methodologies, like Continuous Delivery and Test-Driven Development, with the goal of becoming a master-class engineer. I applied these new skills to my project: a 3D colony simulation with a supernatural twist. I created Microservices to calculate real-time collisions, abstract the 3D rendering process, interpret user inputs, and simulate the survival needs of NPCs. I also created a Windows and D3D11 compatible monolith to coordinate these Microservices into a working game.
