Initially a Senior Design team project to custom build and install a medical records database and corresponding web based application. I was then hired to complete the application and database, install the database and application, and appropriately train the staff. This EMR application contains the entire process of patient intake and processing from check-in to ordering labs and prescriptions. This is built using a MVC design format, php, javascript, jQuery mobile, and MySQL. This allows for the clinic to greatly increase the speed of their patient intake and processing.
