William is presently at Hong Kong Broadband Network Limited (HKBN), a leading fixed network operator in Hong Kong. William helps spearhead HKBN’s fibre network strategy and is the main decision maker for the deployment of fibre optic and FTTH infrastructure products, including the High Density Fibre Cable in 2010, the GIS Fibre Management System in 2011 and the Optical Network Monitoring System in 2014 with the winning of SAG Award (Special Achievement in GIS). He also helps to analysis different capital projects including the acquisition of New World Telecom in 2016 and several other capital projects. Currently William oversees all units in deliver network coverage expansion as well as corporate tender business.
