As a former Student at Penn State, I have a strong foundation in Cybersecurity, networking, help desk support, and cloud administration.I have applied my skills and knowledge as an IT Specialist at a small start-up, where I was responsible for remote troubleshooting, client repair, security assessment, and 24/7 client monitoring. I also worked as an Ops Tech IT at Amazon, where I supported the operations team with resolving technical problems across a range of hardware, software, and peripheral devices, as well as monitoring WLAN and LAN networks. In both roles, I demonstrated customer-driven, problem-solving, and project dedication skills, as well as the ability to work with diverse teams and stakeholders. I am always open to learning more and seeking new challenges and opportunities in the IT/Cyber Security field.Now it is time to continue my path and start applying my learned skills.
