Job details:Finance & controlling: - Build up and optimize online payment instructments to support multi-channel internet sales, establish and optimize E-commerce business related accounting booking approach and leveraging with Metro C&C SOP and accounting treatment. - Oversee EC CAPEX and OPEX of EC business, supervise contract signing as well as credit control to avoid any financial related risks.Team building: - Build up and maintain the EC finance team including people in headquarters and in warehouses that located in Shanghai and LangFang city.Business development: - Build effective working relations with local government departments for various E-commerce business related legal, tax and administrative affairs.- Prepare Investment proposals and Legal registration process for new central warehouses within China.

Being responsible for the integrity of BU Asia / CIS / New markets financial reporting, planning and analysisPlanning and reporting: - Ensure timely reporting of BU financial result for actual / forecast / budget & strategy planning and address the question/issue identified by holding finance and controlling department. - Play the role of bridge functions between holding company controlling and 9 countries controlling department to ensure any IFRS updates, group controlling / finance policies, and procedures are implemented in MCC Asia/CIS countries.- Summarize and report the business unit operational result to BU management.Business analysis: - Check and analyze countries operational performance with deep communicate with countries controlling manager to identify any potentials for chance and risks. - Make ad hoc business analysis per BU management request.

Leading and organizing Metro China financial controlling team, develop and implement effective planning and analysis processes to measure business performance and provide accurate and timely financial reporting, Planning and Reporting: - Lead the annual budgeting and strategic planning; prepare monthly forecasting and working together with accounting department to complete the monthly actual closing, reconciliation PRC & IFRS and posting IFRS adjustment.- Annual target setting for store / Headquarter department and monthly tracking of actual performance and achievement offer early warning to HQ / store managers- Prepare monthly management reports and presentations, provide store performance report to China BU / Store managers with comments for potential chance and risks.Business Analysis: - Provide variance tracking and analysis on sales, margin, direct costs and departmental expenses, provide support to all departments on the cost control, and help stores drive the sale, margin and productivity improvement and cost reduction. - Prepare investment proposal for new opening stores & revaluation, calculate EVA for total China and stores with various kind of scenarios to optimize operational investment.- Develop and improve the financial controlling instruments according to Metro Group and IFRS updates.

In charge of corresponding management reporting issues, preparing financial budget / analysis & in charge of credit control & IT department.
