Leading the development of the Lockout/Tagout procedures for the new electron beam sterilization machine. Maintains an efficient and cost effective spare parts inventory minimizing down time. Ensures the integrity of the facility equipment calibration program through appropriate management consistent with established procedures.Contributes to maintaining a safe, secure and clean workplace by conducting the daily, weekly, quarterly and semi-annual safety/maintenance inspections according to pre-established guidelines and schedules; completes related paperwork in a timely and accurate manner.Assists in the design of maintenance solutions through ongoing verbal or written feedback to maintenance and facility managers.Optimizes processing and reduces downtime by performing predictive and preventive maintenance on all equipment, machinery and facility buildings, as well as participating in the installation of new equipment as required.

Assigned responsibilities are troubleshooting and replacing of modules, following standard check out procedures to locate malfunctions, read schematics and block diagrams, use basic and RF test equipment, complete maintenance forms, inventory parts and supplies, maintain technical libraries, perform corrosion control.
