Educational learning center which provides a POD setting for 10 full time students who are participating in the Carmel Unified School District distance learning curriculum exchanged through Zoom and Google Classroom. All spaces follow CDC guidelines and Monterey County Health Department recommendations. Students are guided through the distance learning experience by coaches who help facilitate and expand on lessons and curriculum being taught to students. Supplementary activities and projects are provided to students based on individual needs. Private tutoring one on one is offered after normal school hours and are taught on subjects such as math, science, Spanish and English.

Analyst operating under facilities and construction. Duties include paying environmental fees and permits associated with operations at over 200 sites. Managing UST and AST local, state and federal compliance. Manage spill prevention control countermeasures plans, reviews and trainings for all sites that meet aggregate storage requirements. Review UST and AST monthly inspection reports and follow up with work orders to fix deficiencies related to SPCC compliance. Track all fueling WOs and follow up with vendors to ensure timely completion from dispatch to invoice. Receive and resolve notices to inspect, notices of violations and ensure issues are resolved in a complete and timely manner with regulatory agency. Assist in the completion of tier II submissions for sites which meet reporting requirements. Assist in compiling and updating financial responsibility for hertz sites which have USTs and for other states which require proof for ASTs. Help resolve and research California CUPA compliance laws with relation to each site within the state. Created a corporate garden project to help increase company environmental initiatives.

Assist in the creation and management of company wide environmental policy. Research and analyze regulations pertaining to hazardous waste, storage, safety, compliance and any other pertaining regulations to business. Read, organize, and pay environmental permits/registrations. Raise PO’s and process invoices for all managed projects. Assist in new site development with participation in weekly call meetings to coordinate with other project leaders. Organize relevant utility data based on electricity from solar panels, recycled waste water, and LED retrofitted lights. Helped start recycle program at corporate office location based on the needs of our local facility. Assist in other environmental concerns as needed by Environmental manager.

Manage all dining outlets across the resort to include, fine dining, casual dining, in room dining, hotel bar, private club and poolside cafe. Plan and sell private events in restaurant space. Create menus and amenities. Scheduling, labor management, and payroll. Work with conference planning team to assist in planning of group breakfasts, lunches, and dinners. Any other duties as assigned by the director of food and beverage.
