Supported network environment for devices with Apple iOS, Android operating systems as well as their respective apps. Facilitated networking in wired and wireless environments and via Virtual Private Network. Peripheral duties included Video and Telephony diagnostics. Coordinate escalation of trouble calls and schedule on-site repair for line issues. Maintain ticketing system to manage customer issues through resolution. Perform customer-centric role and customer de-escalation to enhance customer experience.

Provided technical, operations and program management support to the U.S. Army’s Records Management and Declassification Agency (RMDA). Responsible for implementation and management of a 9 million page back file conversion of paper documents, microfilm and microfiche materials. Ensured image and data quality and conducted upload to RMDA’s content management system, Digital Asset Finder (DAF). Acted as liaison between users and vendor to improve DAF interface and user search functionality. Provided Joint-Service Records Research Center (JSRRC) expertise in capture of on-line data to support research into veteran’s claims of PTSD and Agent Orange exposure. Trained 23 JSRRC users on search and retrieval methods as well as more advance aspects of DAF. Implemented capture of day-forward contingency operations records for records management and JSRRC research purposes. Managed project to convert analog audio tapes to digital format for preservation, research and historical purposes. Majority of these recordings were exit and post combat operation interviews from Vietnam, Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Iraqi Freedom

Developed winning technical proposal for SSA’s Paperless Office Initiative, which resulted in an award of a $23M plus contract. Instrumental in explosive company growth, increasing company revenue from less than $2M to over $12M in less than five years. Expanding product line to enter and compete in high-end integrated document capture and management products. Designed new integration lab and corporate office facilities required by this growth. By 1998, EDAC became Gateway’s Outstanding Reseller of the Year and top value added resellers for Kodak, Bell & Howell, Fujitsu and Kofax. Image Products. Developed and deployed “customer-in” technical support and customer service infrastructure, which improved, costs and generated a significant amount of additional revenue as well as repeat business. Implemented training center to augment our hardware and software sales. This provided additional revenue of $140,000 in the first year it was implemented. Integrated large scale document capture and content management system currently being used by the U.S. Senate’s offices and several of their committees. Invited to speak at the Senate’s 2005 Symposium on Technology.
