My main responsibilities included but were not limited to; creating, assigning, and ordering warranty and maintenance service requests and parts through the use of GE system application eServices/Oracle; procurement of specialized tooling and wind turbine generator supplies, EHS supplies, and warranty purchase orders through the GE system application SSP5/iprocurement; inventory control; organizing and managing the office, reconciling work order hours for billing and payroll with the use of GE system applications eServices/Oracle, kronos, and cognos financial reports; planning, scheduling, and receiving service requests ensuring accurate, timely, and complete reconciliation of each account; creating excel spreadsheets for accurate and compliant reporting of financial audits, and encouraging safe work practices with maximum production and waste reduction. Scheduling meetings, conference calls, and WebEx sharing, as well as emailing through the use of Microsoft outlook was an everyday task. Frequent interruptions and the ability to change priorities was a requirement in this position.
