Nike account:* Coordinated and communicated with clients on all order-related matters, managing for all order, procurement, and production. Managed production team including 3 merchandisers responsible for NIKE-related orders, as well as 2 merchandisers with 2 assistants handling all procurement works.* Flew to Vietnam regularly each month to meet with NIKE, discussing production capacity, future order planning, delivering project reports to the client, leading factory tours for clients, and securing orders. * Managed order-related business and procurement with an annual revenue exceeding 100 million USD, coordinating and overseeing operations between NIKE, garment factories, and suppliers. * Maintain high KPI to Nike.* Work with production management team and factory for capacity plan.* In response to the rapid growth of NIKE orders, several business processes were systematized, resulting in improved accuracy and work efficiency.
