William is a senior manager in PricewaterhouseCoopers (“PwC”) with over 17 years of assurance and auditing experience specialising in the PRC real estate, media broadcasting, telecommunication and hospitality industries. His daily responsibilities include audit of financial statements, capital market transactions, control recommendations and advisory services.
