o Generally responsible for implementations and monitoring of all electrical related works at site.o Estimates, prepares and assigns the resources such as manpower, materials, consumables, equipment, tools, etc., required for all electrical and related works prior to execution. o Plans and analyses all possible construction methodologies and recommends the best options to the Asst. Project Manager for approval prior to execution at site.o Interprets construction drawings and studies the contract documents and applicable standards or specifications prior to execution of any jobs.o Manages directly and provide engineering and technical supports to all the electrical work groups at site.o Plans the execution of all electrical related works and coordinates the works to mechanical and civil groups.o Coordinates with Client / Consultant’s representatives for any site instructions and inspection of works.o Assign targets for accomplishments and ensure targets are met on daily basis for all electrical groups at site.o Submits site daily reports, inspection requests, estimates and all applicable monitoring reports on regular basis or as required.o Supports the Asst. Project Manager in accomplishing all the goals and targets for the electrical groups at site. o Ensures that all the works done are in accordance with the approved construction drawings, contract documents, project specifications, and all applicable standards whether local, national or international standards.o Ensures that all site works are done according to all applicable quality standards.o Directly responsible for the safety of all electrical groups’ personnel of the project by ensuring that the project execution will be done according to all applicable health, safety, sanitary and environmental standards. o Performs other related duties as may be required by the Asst. o Acting as the main technical adviser on a construction site for subcontractors, crafts people and operatives;o Setting out, levelling and surveying the site;o Checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations;o Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications;o Overseeing the selection and requisition of materials and plant;o Agreeing a price for materials and making cost-effective solutions and proposals for the intended project;o Managing, monitoring and interpreting the contract design documents supplied by the client or architect;o Liaising with any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project;o Liaising with the local authority (where appropriate to the project) to ensure compliance with local construction regulations and by-laws;o Communicating with clients and their representatives (architects, engineers and surveyors), including attending regular meetings to keep them informed of progress;o Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force and the work of any subcontractors;o Planning the work and efficiently organising the plant and site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines;o Overseeing quality control and health and safety matters on site;o Preparing reports as required;o Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise

Visiting site / attending pre-bid meetings.Preparing Project Risk Analysis report.Sending enquiries and obtaining prices, analyse prices, prepare material and labour cost estimation and bid price.Conducting negotiations, Identification of cost or pricing data submitted during the negotiations and relied upon in reaching a settlement. Preparation of List of Technical Queries for Consultant clarification. Quantity take-off.Prepare technical and commercial bid, follow up until finalization.
