Bill brings more than 15+ years of asset managment, acquisition, disposition and development experience to the URG team and a broad base of experience working on office, industrial and multi-family assets across the United States. Bill has over fifteen years of real estate experience and over twenty years of finance experience. During his real estate career he has bought and sold over $3.5 billion in assets and managed properties totaling over $8 billion dollars across the United States with US and foreign institutional partners. Bill has also developed mixed-use properties such as the 750,000 square foot Kirkland Urban project and asset managed office, industrial and multi-family assets across the United States with a primary focus on the office sector. Bill has co-led Talon's acquisition group where he has responsibility for sourcing and executing acquisitions and dispositions.

At Metzler Bill had day to day asset management responsibilities for a portfolio of seven trophy class properties located across the United States that were owned by a German separate account and four assets owned by the Metzler US Real Estate Fund (“MUSREF”).
