During FY2013, he worked closely with Navitrans’ sales managers and sales personnel to review sales opportunities and when needed visit and/or help to close sales. He was instrumental in selling trucks to major fleets such as CONALVIAS, CEMEX, SAB MILLER, and others. He continues to work closely with Navitrans’ upper management to give them support and gain their confidence. Overall truck sales in Colombia were down as compared to 2012 and International trucks sales were lower that FY2013 plan, however, the market share stayed at 38.7%. PERFORMANCE´S CONCEPT 2008EXCEED EXPECTATIONSWilliam did a Great Job during 2008, he showed an extraordinary commitment and enthusiasm in all tasks not only related to the Regional team as well those ones related to Colombia in particular. His support, dedication, accountability and leadership were important before, during and after Colombia’s Go Live. William assumed his Regional role very quickly and gained a lot of knowledge in a short period of time by doing, learning and asking when he had doubts. He becomes a valid and recognized person among Nexus team and also within Colombia sales organization. He also gave a strong support in Change management assuming in many cases the role of SAP trainer, teaching how to solve problems and manage anxiety from his peers. He was able to manage in a good way all the stress and conflicts generated as a consequence of the implementation. In the development of the Mounting Center Process, he led this subject properly; coordinating all the resources around this situation and finally getting products and the billing process on time. William has demonstrated personal initiative, takes responsibility for the tasks assigned, pursues continuous learning for him and others, identifies what is urgent and gets it done, he contributes to team success.
