I am new to the Insurance industry but I am learning a lot about it in my short time with it, still looking to grow my business and knowledge about the industry. I do have many years of customer service and working with the public coming from a golf professional background, working in golf from the age of 16 when you can drive a golf car, and competing in golf since the age of 8 and also playing various other sports through childhood. In my previous career I made strides in 7 years some professionals never make in 30 years, I started out as an Assistant Golf Professional on the bottom rung working in the cart barn to becoming an acting "Director of Golf" at the club, I was over all golf operations and food and beverage. I learned many things through out my time managing people, but most importantly I learned to listen to all issues as best I can and at least hear someone out, most people just want to be heard. I believe this helps me connect with clients and can allow me to help them insuring their interests with the best coverage and service available.
