William oversees all aspects of the Mozev Property Group's real estate investing process. William is focused on the strategic selection of the North American markets in which Mozev will seek opportunities all the way down to the sourcing of the individual investment properties themselves. This leverages William’s experience in property financial analysis, underwriting, and asset management as well as over 20 years of experience in overseeing the acquisition, financing, management, and disposition of office, industrial, and retail properties across North America. William graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce from McGill University 1999 and earned a Master of Business Administration specializing in Real Estate Finance and Investment at York University’s Schulich School of Business in 2003.Since graduating from McGill in 1999, William has been involved in the real estate business. He has been intricately involved in all aspects of real estate investing and ownership, including acquisitions, development, property management, asset management, refinancing, redevelopments, and dispositions. Over his 22-year career, William has analyzed and acquired real estate opportunities of every type in more than 14 different markets in Canada and the United States.
