The R&D Resource Leader reports directly to the Operations Manager/GM and acts as the technical expert, advisor, supervisor, and coordinator of all Mechanical technicians engaged in MRI coil mechanical repair. The R&DResource Leader has demonstrated proficiency in leadership and is recognized as the expert in his/her field. The R&D Resource Leader assists and supervises all levels of mechanical repair technicians to mechanically repair all types of MRI coils.Duties and Essential Job FunctionsIn addition to various tasks assigned by the Operations Manager the following are basic duties andresponsibilities:• Provides technical support to all Mechanical Repair Technicians in all stages of repair of MRI coil repair• Works with Engineering Department to evaluate, correct, develop, and give feedback to procedural andmaterial changes• Actively communicates personnel concerns and needs to the Operations Manager and HumanResources Manager• Assists the Operations Manager with career development and training plan management withMechanical Operations personnel• Assist Final Inspection as required• Conduct advanced evaluation and mechanical repair of MRI coils• Conduct in-process inspections on mechanical repairs sending to Final Inspection• Provide input, status, and advice to Operations Manager to ongoing mechanical repair issues• Maintain and PM all mechanical repair equipment• Act as a Subject Matter Expert and train other members in mechanical repair as required• Ensure mechanical repair shop employees are performing their duties in a safe manner and accordingto all approved procedures• Maintain an orderly workshop• Ensure Mechanical Operations employees follow all company guidelines, procedures, forms, rules, anddirections• Recognizes barriers to productivity and knows when and how to escalate productivity and personnelproblems• Is responsible for the machining of all existing mechanical parts as well as development of newreplacement parts.

Responsible for reverse engineering, modeling, rapid prototyping, and fabricating mechanical components utilizing 3D scanning, 3D printing, 3D modeling, and CNC programming. Create fixtures for equipment testing, process improvements, work holding and manufacturing. Maintain documentation and technical drawings.

• Ultrasound - Responsible for trouble shooting, repairing and refinishing damaged equipment in a timely fashion while maintaining the highest quality standards• Machine Shop – Repair damaged equipment both mechanically and cosmetically, fabricate replacement parts that are not able to be repaired.• Research & Development department – Assist with part development, manufacturing and repair processes.Training and Acquired Skills: Completed Mastercam Mill Design & Toolpaths Associate Certification  Completed Mastercam Advanced Mill Design & Toolpaths Associate Certification= Completed Learn Haas interface certification training  Acquired machining capability through hands on training  Use Solidworks, Autodesk Inventor, Auto CAD to render technical drawings and 3D models Use Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator to render high quality images for documents and labels Use Microsoft Office to comprise and edit documents, email, presentations, and spreadsheets

• Responsible for providing customers with friendly and knowledgeable service• Assist mechanics with materials necessary to service motorcycles• Provide inventory control by preparing orders, receiving and stocking new shipments while keeping shelves stocked and organized

• Responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality food for guests while maintaining a clean and fully stocked work station
