-Sell and install security and automation products to end customers and main contractors.-Product range: CCTV system, Alarm system, Car Park system, Door Access Control system, Barrier Gate and Pedestrian Gates.-Provide products briefing or suggestion based on customer’s requirements.-Liaise with sub-contractor to provide hardware installation at end customer’s site.-Liaise with supplier to provide software installation and product training to end customers.-Attend site visit/meeting with main contractors/end customers to discuss or propose solutions based on customer’s requirements.-Provide quotation based on customer’s request.-Provide on-site technical support to end customers.

-Supply UK made water level measurement sensors & flow meters to Southeast Asia countries. -Product range includes Ultrasonic & Radar level sensors, and fluid flow meters.-Support sales activities in Southeast Asia region. Including Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, Philippines, Thailand and Singapore.-Assist distributors in Southeast Asia countries in project proposal to their end customers.-Schedule business visit to the distributors in the Southeast Asia region periodically.-Schedule site visit together with distributors periodically.-Organise physical seminars to promote and to provide technical training on the latest products accross the Southeast Asia region.-Provide basic technical support to the distributors.-Organise TEAMS meeting upon distributor’s request with their respective end customers to provide detail product introduction.-Engage new distributors and explore new opportinities by actively visiting exhibitions in Southeast Asia region which related to water measurement.-Partner up with distributor to participate in Asia Water Exhibition.-Closely monitor on the goods delivery status. -Weekly sales meeting via TEAMS with Regional Sales Manager and Global Sales Director.

- Lead Technical team in providing on-site technical support to customer, including commissioning and repairing products of barrier gate, pedestrian gate, card access system and long range readers. - Lead Technical team in providing phone support to customer. - Provide technical training on products to customer. - Liaise with customers to provide technical advise on products. - Liaise with sales team in consulting customer's project. - Liaise with supplier in repairing and warranty claim. - Perform customization on products base on customer's request. - Liaise with supplier in products R&D and continuous improvement. - New products evaluation. - Make user manual for each and every product line.- Plan for daily activities for technical and warranty team.- Assign documentation task to technical team (user manual, application notes and video tutorials).- Train and enhance sub-ordinates on their technical knowledge.- Delegate tasks and coach sub-ordinates to help them to achieve their goal.- Study the reports written by technical and warranty team, develop graphs and tables to understand the trend of the technical support and warranty cases received.- Present reports on technical and warranty activities to CEO on weekly basis.

- Support in new automation machines design. - Machines improvement/upgrade. - 2D and 3D drawing for mechanical parts. - Assemble automation machines (Mechanical). - Setup and commissioning for automation machines. - Provide technical training for production crew.- Develop machine handling procedure for production floor.- Schedule and perform TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) for machines periodically.- Report writing for all the TPM activities.- Periodic inspection on all the machines in production floor to ensure machines meet the requirement on cycle time and yield. - Troubleshooting on machine errors.- Work closely with production team to ensure zero accident due to machine handling.

- Lead a team of Engineers and Technicians in assembling new automation line. - Liaise with Engineering Designer on new assembly machines designed.- Assemble new machines both mechanically and electrically.- Perform testing and commissioning on new machines.- Develop functional checklist for each and every machines.- Perform cycle test on every machine and fine tune on the calibration setting.- Liaise with equipment supplier on calibration setting and machines programming.- Train junior engineer and technicians on machines setting.- Develop safety inspection checklist on all the machines to ensure all the parts all fully tightened and all the wiring are securely connected. - Manage and assist in the new project implementation. - Assist Senior Manager in daily job routine. - Compile engineering data for weekly report.

- Lead a team of Engineers and Technicians to provide technical service to customers. - Provide engineering solutions to customers. - Liaise with Engineering Designer and Project Co-ordinator on new assembly machines designed.- Lead the new project implementation on oversea assignment.- Setup new machines at Western Digital production floor (clean-room environment)- Testing and commissioning on the newly setup machines.- Liaise with Western Digital Process team to buy-off machines.- Ensure machines meet the requirement on cycle time, yield, ESD and contamination.- Assist Western Digital Tooling Maintenance team to ensure the reliability and stability of all machines.- Assist Western Digital Tooling Maintenance team on performing monthly preventive maintenance for the machines in production floor.- Attend urgent machine break down problem.- Troubleshoot and repair machines in the production floor.- Prepare spare machines or modules offline (in Tooling Maintenance room) for urgent swapping purpose. - Assist Service Manager in daily job routine. - Compile engineering data for weekly report.

- Lead a team of technicians to provide technical service to customers.- Setup new machines at customer site.- Perform testing & commissioning for newly setup machines.- Provide troubleshooting and repairing on automation machines.- Liaise with customers on quotations, fabrication status and goods delivery status.- Liaise with customers on machines & spare parts ordering.- Liaise with production and project team to ensure the goods can be deliver to the customers on time. - Provide engineering solutions to customers. - Assist General Manager in daily job routine. - Compile engineering data for weekly report. - Provide sales support to the customers.

- Provide technical service to customer on company products (Microscope, weighing scale, electronic balance, lab equipment...etc).- Testing & commissioning on the products at customers site.- Product troubleshooting and repairing in-house.- Report writing for all the repairing.- Assist customer on the phone for product technical problem.- Liaise with customers on the product warranty and repairing status.- Liaise with supplier on product problem as well as product improvement. - Provide product training to customer on company products. - Provide product demonstration to customer on company products.

- Provide maintenance and repairing services for fixtures and tooling used in manufacturing activities. - Make sure both the operation tools in production line running with latest software revision. - Provide engineering support for new products transfer, end of life products control and set up of production modules. - Perform tooling fixture troubleshooting and repair during night shift or normal shift hour. - Schedule and provide preventive maintenance and calibration fixture for tooling, gauge and hand tools (PM).- Report writing for all the preventive maintenance. - Keep track on all the spare parts changing. - Lead a team of technicians to carry out daily task (Attend tools down, daily checking on tools, housekeeping) - Trace machine and tooling failure down to component level and make spare part exchange. - Attend training for new products transfer and fully support. - Participate in tear-down and set up of production fixtures, tooling as required. -Support the improvement and downtime reduction.- Perform periodic inspection to ensure the reliability and stability of all the machines are meeting the requirement.- Liaise with Process & Production Team to ensure zero accident in production floor due to machine handling. - Attend daily meeting with Engineers, Manager and Director to ensure smooth operation of all the machines in the production floor. - Provide daily and weekly report ( Downtime, Yield, FA defect, Particle count, Error occurrence, Spare part usage and availability, Spare tools availability) - On daily basis review all reports generated the ESD area and take appropriate action. - Monitor and provide feedback to supervisor on the effectiveness of all tasks completed. - Set up, commissioning, maintenance, trouble and repair, mechanical, electro-mechanical, computer controller assembly, test and automation equipment. - Ensure 5S housekeeping is maintain both inside and outside the ESD area.
