• Produce measurable year over year growth in my territory since taking the role. Ended 2015 at 150% of Gross Profit, 143% of Product Revenue, and 137% of Services.
• Act as a resource for the National Field Solution Architect team by attending remote customer meetings, providing Bill of Materials, and Statements of Work on as needed basis. In 2015 I provided over 15.1 Million.
• In the past 5 years I have remotely covered areas outside of my territory due to the local Solution Architects leaving the role. Keeping their numbers above 100%. These territories include Seattle/Portland, Kansas.

• Successfully completed numerous projects for public, private, government, and educational institutions which I lead from the initial meeting with the clients, through the design, proof of concept, installation.
• Participated in, and won, several ‘shootouts’ between our Cisco recommended design solutions and competing vendors design solutions.

• Responsible for the architecture, maintenance, support, and future vision of the ACC Capital Holdings network.
• Completed the build out of the Englewood Data Center.
• Successfully redesigned and implemented a multi-vendor, multi-location, external BGP architecture.
• Completed a total redesign of the ACC Capital Holdings network consisting of three major data centers with branch offices located throughout the United States. The network was simplified by removing internal BGP that 8.
• Implemented network wide QoS to support Avaya PBX trunking between data center and branch locations.
• Lead a network engineering team consisting of four Senior engineers and two Level 2 engineers. Responsible for project assignment and tracking, project plan and configuration review, progress reports, ensuring policies.

• Responsible for troubleshooting AVAYA Linux based Servers and Converged Media Gateways including the S8300, S8500, S8700, S8710, G700, and G350.
• Isolated and repaired customer issues ranging from network mis-configuration to Media Gateway and Communication Manager code level bugs.
• Worked hand-in-hand with customers and engineers during the troubleshooting process.
• Responsible for coordinating customer hardware/firmware upgrades and scheduling of Remote Field Engineers.
• Implemented official AVAYA training for the Cisco CCNA and CCNP certifications.

• Instructed Cisco R&S CCIE Lab Bootcamp; authored training material, delivered lecture, personal instruction, lab scenarios, and one-on-one troubleshooting that successfully led to CCIE certifications for 121 students.

• Actively moderated and participated in widely used CCIE discussion boards with over 10,000 registered users; RouterIE.com, SecurityIE.com, and VoiceIE.com.

• Served as the network manager responsible for configuring, deploying, and troubleshooting all Cisco equipment.
• Responsible for Cisco CCIE Lab instruction; delivered instruction, configuration, scenarios, and troubleshooting that successfully led to CCIE certifications for 27 students.
• Designed, implemented, monitored, and tuned a complex network infrastructure.
• Built, configured, and administered Windows 2000 servers. Monitored security bulletins and applied patches and updates. Provided third level network support for all campuses.
