As a technical support analyst my responsabilities consist on providing costumer service, solving technical issues related to the software provided by the company.Proposing enhanced work routines aiming the optimization of the everyday tasks when using the software. I also have extended knowledge on accountability due the nature of the softwares we provide, thanks to many inside courses provided by the company.

Welcoming clients at the reception desk, providing basic information about our services and the city. Besides performing tasks such as making the correct check-in and check-out of our clients, helping with the luggage, guiding them to the room and ensuring that they were satisfied and comfortable, I was also the only bilingual speaker of the hotel, in charge of translating every demand of our foreign guests.

Even though I had to perform general tasks demanded by the function, I was also responsable for preparing the check-in and check-out of the following day guests, auditing all the transactions realized during the day, and elaborating reports for the directors. Since I am a bilingual speaker, every foreign guest was placed under my personal responsibility. Due to my expertise handling with software, I was in charge of implementing a new managing system, as well as training my co-workers and managers to be able to use the tool properly.
