* Manage configurable programming teams for Interactive Voice and Web Response Systems (IXRS) which are used by our top 2 revenue-producing pharmaceutical clients (combined revenues over 10 millions in 2010) for ICON’s Interactive Technologies Group.* Manage 3 programming teams (2 configurable teams and 1 system integration team) with 20+ programmers in both the U.S. and India.

* Chief developer appointed to build a new configurable IXRS from concept to implementation utilizing the newest technologies within the division. The system is used by our major clients and is targeted to cover 75% of the overall new projects by the end of 2011. The system was developed in VXML, C#, ASP.net and PL/SQL.* Sole developer who built a customized configurable IVRS in 6 months to streamline project implementation time. The system is used by our top revenue-producing pharmaceutical client. It was developed in Delphi and PL/SQL.

* Programmed various Interactive Voice Response (IVR) projects with web functionality for pharmaceutical research applications using Delphi, ASP and SQL Server 2000.

* Built work order notification modules to interface with MAXIMO System (CMMS/EAM) and TabWare System (CMMS/EAM).* Built a user administration module to manage the system resources based on MS .Net technology using C#, ASP.Net, ADO.Net and SQL Server 2000.* Created 3 upgrades for the company’s automated mobile data collection system using Delphi 5 with Oracle 8i and SQL Server 7 for the process manufacturing industry.* Designed and implemented a new scheduler manager for the flag ship product.* Developed an interface using COM objects to integrate with Meridium ERMS package.

* Developed a client/server fleet management system in a team environment using Delphi 3 with Sybase SQL server to replace the existing DOS based application.* Designed and implemented the standard framework for the application by developing the main GUI forms for the core functionality, transaction processing, global search and data integrity.* Responsible for the design and implementation of various add-on modules used to incorporate custom interfaces for the import and export of data.* Developed and maintained stored procedures for the add-on interfaces.* Responsible for the conversion from Sybase SQL to Microsoft SQL 7.* Created several major updates with new features and enhancements to the application since the original release.* Implemented various custom projects based on client specification such as new client data conversion, custom fuel card interfaces and download/upload data from/to the corporate mainframe in Chicago.

* Managed 4 developers for on-going fleet software enhancement and custom projects.* Sole developer for a corporate airplane reservation add-in using Delphi 2 on Btrieve that could interact with the DOS based fleet application.* Designed and developed a Windows based Accident Information Management System (AIM) using PowerBuilder on Watcom database engine. This system was used as a stand-alone system or to download data from the corporate mainframe in Chicago.* Solely developed a DOS based Accident Information Management System (AIM) using Turbo Framework on Btrieve database engine. The system provides corporate clients a quick and flexible way to view, gather and report the company’s fleet accident information.* Responsible for all aspects of the development and maintenance of the DOS based fleet system. The system was the best product available in the vertical market until the technology became outdated.

* Chief architect for the re-design and implementation of a single-user, DOS based fleet management system to a multi-user, menu driven database system using Turbo Pascal and Btrieve record manager, which operates on a Novell NetWare network. The program had English and Spanish versions, and was sold in North & South America.* Developed a retail version of the company fleet management product using Microsoft C.* Designed, programmed and coordinated numerous custom interfaces based on client specifications.* Provided technical support for clients via telephone and on-site trouble shooting.* Debugged and completed the beta fleet management package using Turbo Pascal and Turbo Pascal Database Toolbox. This package was officially released after three months.
